Celebrate Cinco de Mayo in style at the waterfront Roca Roja Cantina in North Myrtle Beach.
Enjoy live music, tacos, and tequila! The festivities start at 11am. Brandon Marks will be playing the Flamenco Guitar from 1pm-4pm, and then Smoke & Mirrors will be performing from 5pm to 8pm.
Located on the Cherry Grove Marsh, Roca Roja serves up fine Mexican fare with a twist.
Roca Roja Cantina specializes in cuisine from Oaxaca and Michoacan using fresh ingredients and spices served alongside delicious house-made margaritas!
The extensive menu offers something for everyone.
Start with Guacamole served with house-made chips; Esquites Con Carne, a deconstructed street corn with flank steak served on the corn husk with mayonnaise, canasto cheese and chile de arbol; Queso Fundido; or Fresh Fish Ceviche.
Roca Roja offers a traditional Sopa de Tortilla (tortilla soup with chili, acocado, fresh cheese and tortilla strips), a soup of the day, and a Chipotle Caesar Salad.
Entree selections include a variety of fajitas, chimichangas, burritos, and combination dishes. Taco options are plentiful, including Shrimp, Mushroom Barbacoa, Pork, Steak, Carnitas, and Fish Tacos. Crispy Dorados Tacos are served with chicken tinga, fresh cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and a side of verde salsa.
Grab a grilled entree such as Pollo Borracha, a quarter chicken served on a garlic cilantro rice garnished with sauteed vegetables, or Costillas de res al Horno de Piedra, beef rib baked in the stone oven for 4 hours and topped with barbacoa sauce, grilled jalapenos, and chambray potatoes.
Roca Roja offers a kids menu as well as a daily dessert selection. Drink options include margaritas, cocktails, beer and more.
